Not only did they promptly return a piece of jewellery I had forgotten in the room, but they also provided top-notch ironing facilities, which came in handy for my business meetings. The room's heating was impeccable, ensuring a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, while the air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature to my liking. The presence of a well-stocked mini-bar added a touch of luxury, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions such as Geppy - Dinner Bar & Pizza and The Burger Faktory. The parquet floor added a charming touch to the room, complementing the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV perfectly. All in all, Avenue Hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect, making my stay in Sofia truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
